Everyone is touched by grief and loss at some point in their life.
Kenosha Bible Church is beginning a new semester of GriefShare, a grief support group for those who have experienced the feelings of grief and loss. The 13-week course will begin Thursday, Jan. 26 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. The group will meet at Kenosha Bible Church. GriefShare is open to anyone seeking support for healing from loss.
GriefShare involves a weekly video-driven seminar format that features some of the nation’s foremost experts on grief recovery topics. Each session is combined with a grief support discussion time to allow group participants to talk about the content of the video seminar and about how they are dealing with the loss of their loved one.
Each semester of GriefShare consists of 13 weekly seminar sessions, but each is designed to be “stand alone” so that anyone can join the group at any time. There is a $15 registration fee that goes solely to cover the cost of the workbook.
