| SportsLife Camps is coming to Kenosha Bible Church
for an amazing week of sports, arts, and Outrageous Fun!!! The SportsLife
Camps coaches, along with volunteer leaders from our church, will
lead campers in the following activities: |

| When? |
Monday, June 23rd – Thursday, June 26th
Camp begins at 5:30
pm, and it goes until 8:30 pm
Bring kids for check-in no later than 5:15 p.m., and pick them up
at 8:30 p.m. Check-in and check-out will take place in the east
foyer of the church (across from the pond). Kids must be checked
in by an adult each day of camp! |
| Who can come? |
Kids entering 1st – 6th grade in the fall of 2008. |
| How much? |
The cost is $60 for the 1st child, $50 for the 2nd and $40 for
the 3rd in a family for the entire week of camp. Make checks payable
to Kenosha Bible Church. |
| How to sign up? |
Fill out the registration form attached below and turn it in, along
with your payment, to Pastor Rick Roberts at the church address above. |

Note: Returning the initial registration form with full payment
will hold your child’s spot – first come, first served until all
camp spots are filled. Before your child can participate in SportsLife
Camp, you must also return a completed and signed SportsLife Camps
Participant Release Form that will be sent to you.
